Valentina Shevchenko Stops Jessica Eye Via Second-Round Head Kick KO!

 

UFC 238 PPV (Pay-Per-View) event is taking place live now (Saturday, June 8, 2019) from inside United Center in Chicago, Illinois.

The co-main event of the evening brings women’s Flyweight title bout. The division queen, and the owner of Judo and Taekwondo black belt, Valentina “The Bullet” Shevchenko, defends her belt against the former ROC 130-pound champ “Evil” Jessica Eye.

Jessica brought a bulletproof vest at UFC 238 media day, but Valentina stated she was unfazed by rival’s actions.

Round 1

Shevchenko delivers a nasty body kick at the beginning of the battle. And another one, Jessica must be careful!

Body lock takedown Valentina!

Half guard, “Bullet” working on the top, she is trying to move into the full mount, but it seems Jessica defends well, as she regains half-guard again, good use of the leg to stop the transition. Dominant position for Valentina but no brutal blows for now.

Eye returns to her feet but Valentina pushes her against the fence.

What a great slam by Valentina, Eye is on the canvas again!

Side control Valentina, and she transitions to a crucifix position. Valentina is looking for the Kimura, but Jessica doesn’t want to surrender. The end of the round, 10-9 Valentina.

 

Round 2

Body kicks Shevchenko, but it seems Jessica expects them now.

Wow, what a brutal head kick, Jessica Eye is knocked out cold!!!! What a win by Valentina Shevchenko!!! LIGHTS OUT!
