  • Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelenskyy has agreed to talk to a podcaster after Joe Rogan rejected his request
  • Elon Musk gave an intriguing one-word reaction

Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s request to appear on Joe Rogan’s podcast has reportedly been declined and he ended up agreeing to guest on another podcaster’s show.

Zelenskyy will appear in a podcast

It wasn’t clear why Rogan opted not to have Zelenskyy on the JRE podcast, amid the controversy following his comment about the Ukraine-Russia war. As it turns out, computer scientist and podcaster Lex Fridman is also interested in talking to Zelenskyy about the issue.

The pair wound up verbally agreeing to do a three-hour discussion after Zelenskyy confirmed it on X.

Elon reacted

It didn’t take long before X founder Elon Musk learned about Fridman and Zelenskyy’s agreement on his social media platform. Musk, who is a known friend of Rogan, shared a screenshot of Fridman’s post along with Zelenskyy’s reply and gave a one-word reaction.

“True,” the billionaire wrote.

Rogan is making headlines lately for implying that Ukraine teamed up with the U.S. to threaten Russia by organizing a potential missile attack. As per the UFC color commentator, this partnership could result in a World War III.

As expected, Rogan’s hot take prompted known Russian and Ukrainian personalities to respond. Ukrainian boxing legend Wladimir Klitschko quickly fired back at the famous podcaster and requested to have him on the show. After Klitschko, a Russian chess legend followed suit and also wanted to be on Rogan’s podcast.
