UFC Featherweight champion Max Holloway (18-3 MMA, 14-2 UFC) AKA Hawaiian will defend his 145 title against former lightweight champ Frank Edgar at UFC 218 on December 2.
Brett Okamoto of ESPN broke the news that UFC 218 is taking place at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit.

Holloway has grabbed straight 11 wins; he defeated the featherweight champion Jose Aldo at UFC 212 Via TKO on June 3, 2017, in Brazil added the undisputed belt. Before that, he defeated Anthony Pettis for interim Featherweight Championship at UFC 206 on December 10, 2016.
Moreover, Edgar (22-5-1, 16-5-1 UFC) holds 7-1 out of his past eight bouts. He lost to Jose Aldo by unanimous decision at UFC 200, but since then he picked up back to back two victories against Jeremy Stephens and Yair Rodriguez.
