UFC On Fox 30 delivered some great action which went down last night (July 28, 2018) from inside Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
In the main headliner, a rematch between Dustin Poirier and Eddie Alvarez ended in chaos after Alvarez once more landed an illegal elbow during a comeback. However, Poirier put a stop to former UFC lightweight champion via second-round TKO win.
In the co-main event, former featherweight champion Jose Aldo put on a great action and viciously stops dangerous striker Jeremy Stephens with a body punch and landed several hammer fists on the mat before the referee mercifully stepped in to stop the action.
In the UFC Fight Pass exclusive prelims, Ross Pearson and John Makdessi put on a great fight. After a great back-and-forth slugfest, Makdessi outpointed Pearson in an absolute bloodbath.
