UFC 237 PPV Event Weigh-In Results
UFC is returning to business tomorrow night (Sat. May 11, 2019) with the UFC 237 PPV event from inside Jeunesse Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The PPV main card will start at 10 p.m. ET on ESPN+. The preliminary card bouts will air on ESPN at 8 p.m. ET, and the early prelims begin at 6:15 p.m. ET on UFC’s streaming service, Fight Pass.
Rose Namajunas will put her Strawweight title on the line when she meets a top contender Jessica Andrade in the main headliner bout. Jared Cannonier will meet former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva in a co-headliner.
More intriguing fights in the main card include a former UFC champion Jose Aldo will look to add a third win when he meets Australian wunderkind Alex Volkanovski in a featherweight bout. Thiago Alves takes on Laureano Staropoli in a welterweight showdown and Diego Ferreira vs. Francisco Trinaldo to clash in a lightweight contest.
Before all the fighters compete at Saturday’s event promotion held a weigh-in ceremony where all the contestants took to stage to make weight.
