UFC 221 Results: Israel Adesanya Scores An Impressive TKO Win In UFC Debut

A middleweight bout between highly touted promotional newcomer Israel Adesanya and homeland fighter Rob Wilkinson took place on tonight’s (Sat., February 10, 2018) UFC 221 prelims from the Perth Arena in Perth, Australia.

Israel Adesanya “Last Stylebender” didn’t get the highlight reel finish he may have been hoping for, he looked really good in his first UFC appearance. Israel ruthlessly picked apart Wilkinson, showed his flamboyant striking skills unleashing an attack of kicks, knees, and punches. The war continued until the fight was waved off for a TKO at the 3:37 mark.

Israel Adesanya a surging prospect, who is now 12-0 in MMA with 12 knockouts, is also 50-5-2 in kickboxing and 5-1 as a pro boxer.

A submission specialist Wilkinson (11-1), who is coming off a knockout defeat to Siyar Bahadurzada in his promotional debut, with 0-2 in the UFC.
