UFC 218 event is happening now at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. Tonight’s welterweight scrap between Yancy Medeiros and Alex Oliveira was one incredible all-out war fight.
Both fighters engaged in a whirlwind of high-impact moves before Medeiros scored the TKO victory at 2:02 in the final round 3.
Medieros throw some huge shots in the opening round that appeared to break Oliveira’s nose, but he somehow survived to drop his Hawaiian foe with some huge power punches of his own:

In the second frame, Oliveira lands a nice kick to the body to start things off. Yancy takes the center of the octagon tries to clinch, but Alex doesn’t let him. Yancy returns fire with a stiff jab followed by a shot to the body. After landing some big ground and pound, Alex struggles back up to his feet. Yancy is still on him and lands a massive elbow to close the round two.

In the last round, Yancy is all over him now. He lands a left hand. He follows that up with a plethora of punches. Alex drops, and this one is all over! What you may call ‘Fight of the Year.’
