UFC 218 is coming down to Detroit this Saturday, and the fourth episode of Embedded was released.
In the episode, featherweight champion Max Holloway as he visits the tailor to pick up his custom suit for fight night and ice skates in the Michigan cold. Former featherweight champion Jose Aldo and former lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez start shedding weight. Heavyweight Francis Ngannou graces then screen to reflect on how he plans to overcome technique by incorporating his unique way of thinking into his evolution as a fighter and lightweight Justin Gaethje train for knockouts. The stars of the main and co-main events – Holloway, Aldo, Ngannou and heavyweight Alistair Overeem — entertain at open workouts.
UFC 218 takes place at the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan December 2, Saturday.
