Social Media Keyboard Warriors Have Stong Opinion About UFC’s New Title Belt

Yesterday UFC unveils their new legacy championship belt. Interesting part UFC head honcho Dana white photographed himself wearing a gaudy belt. This legacy belt will be uniquely customized for each champion by the athlete’s country, a number of title defenses and weight class.

The promotion is entering into a new era as UFC kicking off company’s five-year deal with ESPN with its UFC Brooklyn fight card. The event is headlined by flyweight title fight, where bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw dropping down in a weight class to challenge division’s champion Henry Cejudo which is set to take place tonight from inside Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Whoever wins tonight’s title bout between the duo will replace the current title belts worn by champs with a new legacy belt.

However, this new design of UFC belt didn’t go well with the MMA community. Check out their reaction below:
