Travis Browne says Bigfoot Silva didn’t really beat him, he beat himself

Travis Browne says Bigfoot Silva didn't really beat him, he beat himself

The last time I hung out with Travis Browne, we were cramped in a taxi in the Philippines, on our way to the airport to get back to California. Greg Jackson was also in the cab — and he endured every Jon Jones joke Travis and I threw at him. Regardless of what jokes you have towards the UFC light heavyweight champion — Travis Browne’s are vastly better. I can’t even repeat most of them on MiddleEasy — the last thing we need is some attorney slapping us with a defamation lawsuit. Let’s just say Travis Browne training at Jackson’s MMA has enabled him to make very astute observations on Jon Jones’ appearance. There, that’s all you’re going to get.

We caught up with the formerly undefeated UFC heavyweight a couple days ago and tried to get his take on what happened in his UFC on FX bout against Bigfoot Silva. Browne told us that Bigfoot Silva has a massive target on his back and that it’s the only fight he’s interested in.
