Wow! Tito Ortiz just defeated Ryan Bader handily! Handily! Not only that, Tito officially ended the ‘Eminem walk out music curse’ which has delivered losses to Shane Carwin amongst many, many others over the last few years. The walkout was intense, Tito had a wild look in his eyes, the look of a cornered animal that is married to a porn star. It was common knowledge that if Tito lost this fight he was cut, it was over, fourteen years in the Octagon down the drain mixed with a five year losing streak.
But Tito won.
After an aggressive and quick feeling out process, the heavy underdog Tito waltzed into the pocket and delivered a bomb right on Bader’s chin, crumpling the Ultimate Fighter winner and falling him into an expertly applied guillotine by Ortiz. All of this as Chuck Liddell and Randy Couture looked on from the crowd. Almost makes you a bit emotional, almost.
