Tito Ortiz is selling his Big Bear training compound for $1.7 million, and it looks remarkable

The time has come for Tito Ortiz to sell his lavish and secluded Big Bear training compound, a facility that was formerly owned by GoldenBoy CEO Oscar De La Hoya. All he’s asking for this remarkable piece of real-estate is $1,795,000, and he’s even throwing in a cage just for good measure.

According to realtor Joe Kovich, Tito’s Big Bear facility comes equipped with five bathrooms, a private indoor spa, three-car garage, custom security system — and a total of two homes and one training facility wedged in between them.
