Throwback Thursday: Re-watch the Arguable Knockout of the Century at Glory 16

Glory Raymond “The Real Deal” Daniels fought François Ambang just last May at Glory 16. That’s remarkable because some have called his left spinning heel kick KO the greatest of the century. Granted, the century is just 14 years old. But nonetheless, when these things happen during the prime of your kickbox-viewing lifetime, you have to feel a little lucky.

Was it the best KO of the new millennia? Watch the video and judge for yourself. Perhaps the kick benefitted from a contrast of sorts, occurring during the same event Pat Barry was dropped with a left uppercut in his opening round. When Barry gets scrambled, you want to remember the good times, and this kick was good enough to act as a pleasant distraction.
