If Tyrone Spong had House Spong in Westeros, the crest would be an emblazoned fist, and the Lannisters would chuck coins at his feet just so Spong wouldn’t shadowbox near them, knocking them back with the force created by his exercise. The imp wouldn’t be pleased.

Tonight at Glory 9, a one night tournament is going down and it’s been awesome. Kickboxing is awesome, and this 30-second exchange between Michael Duut and Tyrone Spong is pretty good example of why.
