The Light Heavyweight match between the former KSW champion Jan Blachowicz and BJJ black belt Thiago “Marreta” Santos is headlining UFC on ESPN+ 3 event tonight (Saturday, February 23, 2019). It takes place inside O2 Arena in Prague, Czech Republic.

Round 1

Fighters touch gloves again. Good low kick Santos, but Blachowicz blocks. Side kick to the knee Santos, low kick Blachowicz. The Pole misses a body kick again. Santos moves around escapes like a pro. Excellent middle kick Blachowicz. Santos tries to spin but misses.
Good low kick Jan. Santos misses with a strong left hand. It was so obvious. Blachowicz goes for a head kick, blocked, and now delivers a low kick. A good punch to the face and body kick Blachowicz.
Low kick Santos. Until now, each fighter landed 23 strikes! Santos tries spinning heel kick to the head, but Blachowicz moves his head away. 1-2 Blachowicz but Santos defends. Low kick Santos, Blachowicz checks.
Wow, Santos misses big left hook by a hair. And now a good punch. Blachowicz blocks side kick to the knee and delivers a middle kick, great counter. Blachowicz defends a middle kick, Santos goes for a left hand to the head but misses.
Again left body kick miss by Santos. Wow, what a capoeira kick to end the round, but Blachowicz moves his head away. Very even round!
Round 3
Fighters touch gloves. Right low kick Santos. Santos goes for a low kick again. Blachowicz attacks with punch combo.
Wow, what a left-hand counter by Santos and Blachowicz is down!!!
Thiago Santos is killing Blachowicz on the bottom, brutal strikes! Herb Dean must stop this!
