There Was Another Knee KO in MMA Last Night That You Probably Haven’t Seen Yet

I really don’t want to talk about the knee that Werdum connected on Mark Hunt. Is that too wrong to ask the world to not talk to me about it? Because that was probably the biggest MMA bummer of the year right there, although I’m sure there were some fans somewhere who celebrated that victory and were just happy because other people were miserable. This is the internet, of course that happened.

Anyway, last night at Cage Warriors in the UK there was a huge knee KO from Joe Duffy and you should really watch it. It is a marvelous KO that is perfectly timed and unlike anything that I’ve seen in quite a while. In fact, my last memory of a knee KO to block a takedown happened when I was playing UFC 2010 and knocked Brock Lesnar out cold with one. That felt great, let me tell you.
