The sequel to Leonard Garcia/Korean Zombie has a TWIST ending

Sequels never end like you expect them to, the middle act is always unpredictable, and The Korean Zombie/Leonard Garcia II was no different. After a feeling out process in the first round with a series of leg kicks and subsequent counters, it’s apparent Greg Jackson must have given Garcia an earful over his last few outings, because this is one of the few time anyone has ever seen Leonard want to counter, rather than move forward and push the pace.

With about a minute left in round two, Chan lands a flying knee and it angers Garcia, they both let loose with the anticipated huge looping punches that everyone wanted/expected for about 5 seconds until Chan cuts the legs out from under Garcia. The Zombie gets on top of Leonard, puff puff passes his guard, gets Garcia’s back and pulls off a twister of all things to tap Leonard with just one second remaining in the second round. Wow! According to Joe Rogan that’s the first twister in UFC history and the Korean Zombie said he learned it from watching Eddie Bravo’s Youtube videos. Amazing, this Internet. Lets see a third fight. Everyone makes trilogy’s now anyways, so no reason not to.
