The most important part of this video is seeing how large Bigfoot Silva’s head is when placed in a normal-sized helmet

The helmet isn’t little, it’s just that Bigfoot’s head is just that big. When people ask me about the most memorable things I’ve ever witnessed personally in MMA, I tell them sitting cageside for Fedor/Hendo and watching Bigfoot Silva navigate the interface of a smartphone after he defeated Mike Kyle at Strikeforce: Henderson/Babalu II (AKA Strikeforce: Brain Damage). When I saw Bigfoot Silva place that Iphone against his gigantic head, I finally realized just how big he was. It’s like when people put pennies next to dead bugs or something just to prove how large the bug was. So in a way, my viewing of Bigfoot on the phone was a scientific experiment that only I took part in. Perspective is a wild thing.

I’m not here to bash race car driving, I just don’t really understand that world. I think it’s pretty boring actually. I guess I understand why it would be exciting live, but it doesn’t translate on camera. So in conclusion, I just want to say this video probably wouldn’t be posted if not for how ridiculous Bigfoot looked in his helmet and suit (yes he looks ridiculous and could kill me fifty times over, I’m aware). Werdum is also there, but he just kind of drives around while his racing suit and helmet fit perfectly (spoiler alert). So yeah. Race cars. Tight fitting clothes and helmets that look tiny but aren’t actually tiny. That’s all.

Notice how they make a big deal about the suit but then in the car he isn’t in the safety suit of safety? Pfft.
