The Japanese comic book version of Brock Lesnar vs. Cain Velasquez is far cooler than the real thing

Manabelldo, owner of Natural Born Comics, is the greatest MMA illustrator that you’ve never heard of — and shame on you for not doing your research. He’s the same guy who created our slick WorldOverEasy background, along with the illustration of Alistair Overeem on LiverKick.com. There’s nothing more fascinating than seeing American MMA depicted from a Japanese perspective. Well, there are a handful of things that are more fascinating, and all of them involve Hayden Panettiere in some way. Now we’re blessed with another masterpiece from Natural Born Comics, this time it’s essentially the Japanization of Brock Lesnar vs. Cain Velasquez at UFC 121. Props to Manabelldo for dropping the MiddleEasy shirt in the comic. Absolutely love it. [Source]
