Take in the Brasilia life with Carlo Prater

Ah, Brasilia. If I weren’t a pale, videogame addicted nerd from Illinois I would say the Brasilia life is for me. Wading through waterfalls, running up hills, telling cameramen about a gang of monkeys that come and steal my bananas…it’s a good, simple life. A life Carlo Prater lives well. Except I would absolutely recruit the roving band of monkeys to play Halo with me whenever they had the time. Carlo Prater just feeds them bananas, but we don’t know if he has a grand plan unfolding for those monkeys and there’s a chance we never will.

The best MMA mini-doc since Miami Hustle is here, and inside this mini-documentary by Brazilian filmmaker Kamil Tkacz we get to see Carlo Prater’s daily life in Brazil’s federal capital, his training regimen and what it’s like to live a life as a guy who probably needs a third fight with Carlos Condit in the fairly soon future after he pulls together a few wins in the UFC. Watch it.
