What kind of powers does 34-year-old reflective Penn have other than the ability to look inward and consider his fighting career? We don’t know… Yet. But this fantastic video portrait by Keegan Gibbs focusing on BJ training for his fight with Rory MacDonald this Saturday and discussing his legacy openly makes us think Penn is motivated like never before. We feel like doing Hawaiian things. Like wild pig hunting or jumping off waterfalls. As far as BJ Penn acknowledging his name not being thrown around with GOAT status as much as it used to; don’t worry, BJ. No matter what happens, you’ll be one of the first dudes inducted into the All-Time Frate Trane list as soon as we get around to creating it.
