Supremacy MMA to the Playstation Vita? Nice!

Well this is interesting. The new trailer for Supremacy MMA has come bundled with an announcement that the bone cracking fighter will be gracing Sony’s new handheld, the Playstation Vita this fall. Man. To Vita or not to Vita? You have to assume that beyond Supremacy MMA, the Vita will get UFC Undisputed 3 and hopefully an extremely successful follow up to EA MMA. I think that means that the Playstation Vita is not only the most technologically advanced portable gaming system but by far the most MMA-centric within just a few months of launch. Crazy. What do we need to do to get a Fire Pro on the system?

Here is what Ricci Rukavina the CEO of Kung Fu Factory had to say about Sony’s powerful handheld.

The Vita provides an unrivaled handheld experience that gives gamers a true console experience on the go,”  “Vita’s technical innovations and jaw-dropping graphics make this a great platform for our brand of fast paced brutal and bloody combat.”

“Supremacy MMA takes MMA where it’s never gone before, with unprecedented brutality and arcade speed, and now  it’s headed for another new frontier as the sole MMA game to go to handheld in 2011, “The arcade-styled gameplay is perfectly suited for quick handheld sessions, and the game looks amazing on Sony’s hot new tech.”

With those statements we were also sent another neat trailer for this fall’s gory brawler. Check it out.
