Sean O’Malley has been among the stars since he landed in Abu Dhabi.

The bantamweight fighter is in town for his UFC 280 fight against Petr Yan, which takes place on Oct. 22. Though, prepping for the former champ hasn’t been everything that O’Malley has done while he’s in the UAE.

Suga On Shaq

Attending a NBA game, the UFC superstar met celebrities such as Shaquille O’Neal, Steve Harvey and Ranveer Singh. While it was sweet for ‘Suga’ to meet with them, it also left him worried about Shaq’s health.

“I went to the NBA game and met Shaq,” O’Malley said on his YouTube channel. “It was like a blessing and a curse. He just seems like he hurts… from playing all of those years in basketball, being that massive.”

‘Steve Harvey Was Even A Bigger Fan’

While Shaq might stand at 7’1, O’Malley says ‘Family Feud’ host Steve Harvey is an even bigger fan than the basketball legend.

“Then I met Steve Harvey… Shaq was a huge fan, Steve Harvey was even a bigger fan. That was crazy. He was pumped. He was surprised I was there for some reason. I was like ‘Steve, I’ve watched every episode of Family Feud, brother.'”

O’Malley Didn’t Know Who Ranveer Singh Was

To complete the trio of celebrities O’Malley met was Ranveer Singh. While the Indian actor is famous for his work behind the camera, O’Malley wasn’t too familiar with him.

“He had like 40M followers on Instagram,” O’Malley said of Singh. “Somebody said he’s an actor. I wasn’t very familiar with him. But it was pretty cool.

“The pre-season, those basketball players are huge. Made me realize I could be in the league though, seeing that little dude [Trae Young] go off.”
