Lacey Schuckman vs. Jeri Sitzes! First we would like to say that if you don’t watch Strikeforce Challengers: Kennedy vs. Cummings tonight, then you’re an idiot (and probably need to get the F out of Asgard). Randy Couture is in the middle of Wyoming and the dude just caught an Antelope but he took the time out to tell everyone to watch Strikeforce Challengers tonight at 11pm ET (check it out for yourself). K-1 Legend, Ray Sefo, is going to bang against Kevin Jordan in Sefo’s second MMA bout (dude has a perfect record so far). We also get to see the undefeated Zak Cummings go toe to toe with Tim Kennedy. On our way to Biloxi for The Ultimate Chaos, D**k ‘Starscream’ Grayson and I stopped at a place called Cafe Risque to nab some grub and the place just so happened to be a 2 in 1 stripclub. You could get a side of hashbrowns along with a lapdance. Only in the south would that happen, it’s a different universe down there (sort of like Twilight Zone). Just as we were about to leave, the stripper/breakfast waitress asked us what we were doing in ‘her part of the country’. Starscream told her that we were on our way to cover a fight and then, to our surprise, she asked if we knew a fighter named Tim Kennedy. A couple of weeks ago, we told Tim our story and he responded back with ‘Have we met?‘. Never heard back from the guy.
We’re amped about Strikeforce Challengers tonight but it just blows that the only women’s bout on the card is a non-televised event. Not to mention, Lacey Schuckman is hot. Really hot. She reminds me of this chick I used to sit behind in my Anthropology class. The only reason I sat behind her was to see her get out of her seat at the end of class. It was great, sort of like the feeling when you got whenever you ran into living room on Christmas morning…except it happened every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. That chick was the reason I attended every class on time (and probably the reason why I nearly failed). She’s 3-1 with her only lost coming by way of decision. Her last two fights ended via submission in the first round. She’s going up against Jeri Sitzes, who trains out of Lewis Boxing Gym located in Springfield (right next to The Simpsons). These two chicks are clashing in the 120lb division and…you won’t be able to see it. Bummer. I wish I could something about it…but I just can’t. The only thing I could say is watch Strikeforce Challengers: Kennedy vs. Cummings tonight at 11pm ET on Showtime and maybe, just maybe they will bump this fight on the televised portion (only if you cross your fingers).
