Pause life for a minute and reflect on everything that truly matters. It’s going to be impossible for you to get the corner office at your business. You’re just not that valuable to the company. College students, enjoy summer while it lasts, because your next semester won’t be any better than your previous one. You will not do anything drastically different. Your grades will turn out relatively the same and you will still be stressed throughout the year.
The truth is, all of you subjugate yourselves to your own living conditions. No one told you to spend every last second of your waking day inside an office cubicle. You chose that for yourself. In reality, you could have very well been a farmer tending your crops in the sunlight this Friday morning instead of listening to your co-workers talk about what ‘cool’ things they have planned for their kid this weekend.
Today is your day to rebel against society. Pretend like you actually have a life. It may be hard for some, but I’m sure with enough practice, you too will live to your full potential. Basically what I’m trying to say is if you don’t accept Chael Sonnen as a part of your reality, life as you know it is pretty much hopeless.
