If you didn’t already know, Steve Maxwell is a legend in the fitness world. He has been involved in cutting edge strength and conditioning techniques and systems for over 30 years. Steve was the first man to teach kettlebells in the United States and he was also one of the first American BJJ Black Belts (under Relson Gracie.) He was also the first person certified to teach Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in the USA and he is a multiple time Pan and World Senior Champ. If those accomplishments are not enough, he has been long time strength and conditioning coach to grappling wizard Saulo Ribero.

Check out this great interview where Steve talks about grappling and Physical culture throughout the years.
