Start your day off in a happy place by enjoying this little peek at Junior Dos Santos singing Adele

I hate to turn up out of the blue, uninvited but I couldn’t stay away, couldn’t fight it. Do you ever feel like a plastic bag, drifting through the wind wanting to start again? Old friend, why are you so shy? Ain’t like you to hold back or hide from the light. Baby you’re a fire work. Come on, let your colours burst. Make ’em go “oh, oh, oh”, you’re gonna leave ’em goin’ “oh, oh, oh”. If that whole passage makes any sort of sense to you then I can only assume you have a teenage daughter or are in fact a teenage girl because that’s alternated lyrics from the Adele song ‘Someone Like You’ and Katy Perry’s single ‘Firework’. Reading the lyrics for these songs made me laugh so hard that I snorted. The thought of a grown adult sitting writing this stuff seriously just cracks me up. Luckily I’m not a pop music record label executive because if I was, these songs would never see the light of day and we wouldn’t have this video of UFC heavyweight champion Junior Dos Santos singing to the TMZ camera.

You don’t have to feel like a wasted space, you’re original, cannot be replaced. If you only knew what the future holds, after a hurricane comes a rainbow. That’s more Katy Perry lyrics, but it could also be JDS’s post-fight speech after his next fight with Alistair Overeem. Let’s hope so.
