A light heavyweight bout between Ion Cutelaba and Ryan Spann is taking place now (Saturday, May 14, 2022) at UFC Vegas 54.

Round 1

Both fighters connect early on. Spann misses an axe kick. Spann hurts Cutelaba with a right. However, Cutalaba trips him after getting clinched and is now on top. Cutelaba gets up before entering Spann’s guard again. Spann pushes him off with  both feet but ends up on his back again with Cutelaba in his guard. Spann gets to his feet and avoids a wild overhand right from Cutelaba who trips in the process. Spann locks in the guillotine and gets the tap!

Official Result: Ryan Spann defeats Ion Cutelaba via submission (R1, 2:22).
