Sometimes violent in-cage riots happen in MMA, and at Bellator 66

You can almost see Dana White hover his fingers over his keyboard in the ‘smiley face’ position after tonight’s impromptu post-fight staredown brawl between Maiquel Falcao and Andreas Spang. One can only wonder what Gus Johnson would say about this all too familiar in-cage scenario. I guess we all have to give props to Jimmy Smith for being the guy to sacrifice is body in the sake of national television. Also, we must give equal props to MTV 2 for replaying the incident in its entirety, unlike Showtime who edited their infamous Strikeforce Nashville brawl from later versions of the broadcast.

So if we can consider this scrap as the first Maiquel Falcao vs. Andreas Spang bout, who would you guys give the fight to? Granted, it’s solely hypothetical — but there is a winner in all of this chaos. Props to ZombieProphet for the .gif.
