The Hendo/Fedor press conference was held in a dark, poorly lit, cold back room somewhere in the belly of the Sears Center in Hoffman Estates. It looked like a less decorated Hitler’s bunker with a cookie spread. Sometimes these locations happen in MMA post fight conferences, you can’t always choose your conference room.
Everything was going as planned, questions were asked and then they were answered (unless you asked about Overeem) then Shonie Carter appeared out of the ether to ask Dan Henderson one question: would Hendo be up for giving Fedor a rematch? Then he exploded into a million butterflies and no one ever saw him again. That part isn’t on camera.
