Shogun is disgusted over his loss at UFC 128, decides to teach a seminar

See the above banner of Shogun smiling happily? That’s exactly how happy I would be if I could be at LCD Soundsystem’s final show in NYC next weekend. It’s a bummer that the best band of the last 10 years has to break up, but sometimes that’s just what has to happen, time to move on, no point in dwelling, I can always dance to their old stuff. I should take a cue from Shogun Rua. Sure, losing his title may have a little more gravity than one of my favorite bands breaking up, but when it comes to dancing, gravity and LCD Soundsystem are equally important. Besides, Brazilians love dancing. All of this ties together if you really think hard about it. Just days after losing his light heavyweight title to Bones Jones, Shogun was teaching dudes how to hurt others in an organized fashion and gave some insight to Graciemag about his loss to Jones.

I‘m disgusted, [Jon Jones] hits hard, I got hit by a knee early in the game and I was out of the fight all along.
