Sh*t @MMAWorldSeries tweeted during WSOF 4

Last night we were treated to one of the most entertaining mixed martial arts events in quite some time. World Series of Fighting 4 delivered, albeit in a strange way that some might have expected from a promotion of this caliber. From Todd Harris’s masterful commentary to Tryone Spong’s puzzling performance against Angel DeAnda. We here at Middle Easy enjoyed every minute of it.

While the broadcast was certainly amazing, World Series of Fighting 4 provided even more entertainment for those who were following them on Twitter during the show. If you missed it, don’t worry about it. We put this post together just for you. Enjoy.

To get things started they got a sweet light show going.

Things got going shortly after and there were some solid fights on the undercard until the confusing finish to McKee VS Gonzalez. Luckily all the confusion was cleared up with one simple tweet.

Once the Main Card was underway we saw “mostly fierce stand up” from Calvacante and Griffin.

After a couple of fights it was time to say what everyone was thinking…

Things started to get bloody…

Finally it was time for Spong vs. DeAnda. Could you feel it? I couldn’t, but I imagine some of you were, whatever it was.

Spong never really pulled the trigger in his fight with DeAnda, but he battered him with leg kicks en route to a decision win. Maybe not the outcome most expected, but it showed us one thing. Angel DeAnda has the heart lion!
