Jake Paul is getting ready to fight Mike Tyson tomorrow night in a big match, even though Mike Tyson just turned 58 years old. Strickland, who has argued with Jake before, thinks Jake just wants to make money in a way that’s not very nice.

Strickland is known for saying lots of things on X (Twitter) and Instagram. He gets in trouble sometimes because of his words, but he says he’s just standing up for saying whatever he wants.

Sean Strickland Calls Out Jake Paul Over Mike Tyson Fight

Sean Strickland, a past UFC champ, watched some Netflix previews, including the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson one. Then he hopped online to share his big feelings. Sean doesn’t really like seeing older Mike Tyson fight again, and he’s also never been a fan of Jake Paul.

“@jakepaul is a clown,” Strickland wrote. “Your ability to make money off stupid people is impressive but being rich won’t buy you dignity. You’re fighting a 60 year old man who is just trying to make a dollar by risking his life.. scum bag.”

Strickland then tagged his friend Rob Safar, who has won 17 fights, and joked, “Here you go… just kidding, you don’t fight real boxers.” He was teasing Jake Paul because some people say Jake hasn’t fought a “real boxer” yet, even though he’s won against fighters like Andre August and Ryan Bourland.

The former champ didn’t just post once! Strickland kept chatting with fans online, saying more about why he thinks the fight is a bad idea. He even said the Texas fight shouldn’t happen at all.

“You’re fighting a 60 year old,” Strickland wrote in response to a fight trailer Paul had shared. “Are you a f***ing idiot? This should be illegal… The man had a medical emergency a month before this because he’s too f***ing old. F***ing clown.”

Jake Paul and Strickland have been arguing since they talked about a sparring match earlier this year. After some messages online, Jake said he would send Strickland a private jet to Puerto Rico so they could spar in his training camp.
