Sean Strickland is taking aim at Jon Jones and his tainted past.

Sean Strickland is definitely no angel. His no-holds-barred attitude is what makes MMA fans either love him or hate him. He is never one to mince words and calls things exactly as he sees them. He is often brass and often people have issues with his remarks and opinions. Now Strickland is turning his attention towards Jon Jones.

Jones recently returned from a long hiatus. He decide to leave his UFC light heavyweight belt behind him as he stepped away from the UFC for three years. During his time away he looked to move to heavyweight and seek some reflection away from fighting. When he returned to the UFC earlier this year, Jones seemed different. He spoke about turning his life around and becoming more spiritual. Now Strickland is calling him out on this new mindset.

Sean Strickland thinks Jon Jones is fake and not the saint he believes he is

Strickland is not believing Jones to be as changed as he claims to be. Jones has had a rough past both with testing positive for drugs and getting in trouble with the law. Strickland called him out on his podcast called The Man Dance.

“My only thing with Jon Jones is he’s just a fake motherfu–er, like Mexican Jamie. Didn’t he fu–ing hit a pregnant chick and like break her arm and drive off or some sh-t?” he said h/t Sportskeeda. “What fu–ks me off with him is the fact that he’s like, ‘Oh no, God loves me, I’m a saint.’ Like no dude, you are a piece of sh-t. You are a terrible, terrible human being, you’ve been a terrible human being your entire life. You’ve been tested for steroids, drugs.”

Jones is just the latest target of Strickland and his tilted comments. He recently shot off at the mouth about Amanda Nunes and women’s MMA. He may be biting off more than he can chew this time if Jones gets wind of his comments. Strickland has also offered to help former champion Stipe Miocic train for his possible fight with Jones.
