- Sean Strickland shared his experience with a homeless person in his neighborhood
- “Tarzan” is wondering why the public pity homeless people when they are mostly drug addicts
Sean Strickland has made his stance clear on homeless people and he is sticking to it no matter what.
No homeless is allowed
Known for his bold posts on social media, “Tarzan” came up another one recently that got people divided once again. This time, the former UFC middleweight champion shared his experience with a homeless man lurking his neighborhood.
Strickland tried to joke about it a little bit but his thoughts on homeless people had a serious tone.
“I have a zero tolerance for homeless people in my neighborhood.. I’ll burn down a tent, fight a bum idc…. But there is a homeless guy here who is black.. I just don’t know if I feel right saying “we don’t want you here” why can’t he be a white bum :/,” Strickland wrote on X.

Sean wonders why most people feel bad for the homeless
In another post, Strickland questioned the majority of the general public for feeling sorry for homeless people. For “Tarzan,” they shouldn’t feel that way because those homeless people did that to themselves because of drugs.
“I just don’t understand the love and compassion for homeless people. These people are drugged out zombies.. They’re not down on there luck trying to get better, they’re drug zombies. They bring drugs and crime around your children. Yall need to man up and sack up,” Strickland wrote.

Strickland’s post caught the attention of MMA journalist Helen Yee, who rebutted by saying his belief is not applicable to all homeless people.
”Not necessarily true for all of them. When I volunteered at the homeless shelter, I got to hear their stories and you’d feel sad for how some people end up the way they do,” Yee replied.

As expected, Strickland responded and said that though both are considered homeless, there’s a big difference between drug addicts and less-fortunate people.
”There is a difference between the guy at a shelter looking for a job and a guy doing the crack zombie walk past a park… big difference..,” Strickland answered.

Prior to this, “Tarzan” also made headlines for urging people to boycott Harley-Davidson over its alleged support for the woke culture. He also lashed out at intersex boxers following the controversy surrounding Olympic boxers Imane Khelif and Lin Yu-Ting.
Strickland last fought at UFC 302 and won via a narrow decision win over Paulo Costa. He is currently ranked as the No. 1 middleweight contender.
