You thought Nick Diaz’s tour of Las Vegas was going to end after UFC 202? Don’t be surprised mother fucker. From Snapchat interviews, presser bottle wars and of course USADA smoke outs, Nick Diaz had one hell of a good time in the Vegas desert.
The story goes the older Diaz brother was at the Hyde nightclub where around 2:00 AM on Wednesday morning he hit up the bathroom. On his way out of the bathroom Diaz bumped shoulders with another club goer and apologized as he attempted to walk away. Well the other guy was not having it, as he confronted Diaz with three of his other friends in tow.
TMZ Sports with some more details on the brawl
“Nick tells us, “I didn’t start it. They didn’t know who I was.”
He tried to defend himself, and got hit hard in the head — and then the fight spilled out of the bathroom, and out onto the Bellagio’s casino floor.
The melee was insane — the club’s rep says the attackers were swinging chairs and brawling with club and casino staffers. They were eventually removed by security.”
The lesson here is to never start a nightclub fight one week before or one week after an UFC event in Las Vegas because you might find yourself in the middle of Stockton turf war on the way to the bathroom.
