Roxanne Modafferi vs. Tara LaRosa going down at Moosin

Only Roxanne Modafferi will snap pictures of Godzilla coffee posters at 3am in the morning. It’s hard not to love a chick that reminds you of the girl you used to copy your Algebra homework off of in 7th grade. In fact, Roxy is the only fighter to be sponsored by The Underground (which has to be one the greatest honor to be granted to someone that gets paid to punch someone in the face).

Moosin held their Boston press conference just moments ago and Monty Cox announced that Tara LaRosa vs. Roxanne Modafferi has been added to ‘Moosin: God of Martial Arts’ which goes down May 21st at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. Back in 2006, Roxanne became one of only five fighters to ever go to decision with LaRosa in her 19-1 record. In fact, the last time Tara LaRosa was handed an L was to Jeremy Horn’s girlfriend, Jennifer Howe, nearly 10 years ago. Here’s where it gets interesting. Jennifer Howe has a near perfect record of 15-2 with both of those losses coming from the hands of Roxanne Modafferi. Moosin will also feature Tim Sylvia attempting to bang against The World’s Strongest Man, Mariusz Pudzianowski. Butterbean has also been thrown on the card in order to give Genki Sudo a reason to contemplate getting out of retirement.
