Robbie Lawler- Rafael Dos Anjos Will Face Off For UFC Winnipeg Main Event

On Thursday promotions announced that the ex-welterweight Robbie Lawler (28-11 MMA, 13-5 UFC) will collide with former lightweight champion Rafael Dos Anjos (27-9 MMA, 16-7 UFC) at the 170-pound main event of UFC FOX 26 takes place on Saturday, Dec. 16 at MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Robert Lawler took a short break after losing a Welterweight champion from Tyron Woodley Via TKO on July 30, 2016, at UFC 201 main event. The ruthless rejuvenated returned at UFC 214 on July 29, 2017, to score a close win via unanimous decision over Donald Cerrone.

Rafael Dos won the UFC lightweight championship from Anthony Pettis two years ago which he defended and lost to Eddie Alvarez. After the announcement of promotions today Dos reply Via social media saying that he believes the fight should be for an interim welterweight title.
