Rizin heavyweight, sumo Baruto Kaito stars in new LGBT themed show ‘My Brother’s Husband’

If the opening scene of ‘My Brother’s Husband’ doesn’t consist of Ryuta Sato walking in on Baruto Kaito in the shower doing waterfall punches then what are we really doing here?

When the MMA faithful last saw Baruto his was getting bodied by Cro Cop in 49 seconds. Our favorite six foot six sumo wrestler turned Rizin heavyweight Baruto Kaito didn’t fight in 2017 but if this live action mini-series is view-able in the US then all will be forgiven.

Fear not, after announcing he would co-star in the new Japanese TV series last December new visuals of Baruto and his cast-mates in full costume have been released and they look amazing.

That’s MMA’s Baruto!

Based on a very popular manga, ‘My Brother’s Husband’ is a story of life, family, friendship, parenting and more. Let our friends over at manga-news.com explain why Baruto Kaito starring as Mike Flanagan in the LGBT drama is awesome:

“Yaichi raises his daughter alone. But one day, his daily life will be disturbed … Disturbed by the arrival of Mike Flanagan in his life. This Canadian is none other than the husband of his twin brother … Following the death of the latter, Mike came to Japan, to make a journey of identity in the homeland of the man he loved. Yaichi has no choice but to welcome this homosexual brother-in-law to whom he does not know how to behave. But do not we say that the truth comes out of the mouths of children? Maybe Kana, with her little girl look, will know how to give her the right answers …”

Yes. We are for this. Live action mangas and waterfall punches is what MiddleEasy is all about.
