Ricardo Mayorga had his second MMA bout in Nicaragua against a street fighter, and here’s the video

A couple of months we brought you this video of Ricardo Mayorga actually having his first MMA bout, which took place in Nicaragua against a 5-1 fighter. In a moment of sheer WTFness, Mayorga delivered an illegal knee to his opponent’s spine, forcing him to scream in agony, making him not be able to answer the bell in the third round. Originally this was ruled a TKO for Ricardo, but then it was later changed to a ‘no contest’ instead of an actual disqualification.

Ricardo Mayorga walked away from that fight still with a record of 0-0, so someone convinced him to take another MMA bout, this time against semi-well known street fighter named Rene ‘Level’ Martinez. He actually used to fight in Florida when Dada 3000 had his own circuit of underground street fighting bouts. Of course that just reminds us that the MMA world is still overdue for that highly anticpiated bout between Kimbo Slice and Dada 3000 which was scheduled to go down January 12th 2012.

Last night at World Series of Fight’s first international event, Ricardo Mayorga took on Level in the main event and the fight ended in the first round. We’re not going to ruin it for you, but I’m sure someone will in the comment section below.
