Twitter is officially the new beef starting headquarters. It is no longer the parking lot, the school yard or the locker room. Now you don’t even have to be within chest bumping distance to start drama with someone else-just log on twitter and deliver your public keyboard slap-a-thon to whoever you want to at anytime you please. No longer are the keyboard warriors the only keboard warriors-fighters are taking up the art of keyboard warrioring at an amazing pace.
Dana White absolutely loves the twitter hype machine. He recently offered all the fighters at the UFC Summit incentives and bonuses to get them tweeting and facebooking. Well, Ricardo Mayorga does not want boxing to be left out and has jumped on the Twitter war machine with a rampage this weekend. Mayorga started going off on the entire sport of MMA. We all know about the beef between him and Din Thomas and would still love to watch that fight happen-but now Mayorga is mad at Nick Diaz and BJ Penn too and the sport of MMA in general.
