Replay: Fighter KO’s his opponent, tries to wave off fight but bad ref tells him to keep punching

Aleksandr Dankov tried to do the right thing but that was a really bad ref. 1/10 would not let that referee near our cage.

Today (Mar. 30) Dankov blasted Vladimir Seliverstov with haymakers and clearly knocked him silly in the first round. Trying to be a good sport and feeling his opponent was dreaming, Dankov stopped striking and waved off the fight. The problem was this ref at Fight Nights Global was horrible.

Instead of stopping the fight, the bad ref told Dankov to keep punching. Dankov won by KO and a concussed Seliverstov ate some more strikes due to a ref who wasn’t paying attention.
