Renato Moicano Submits Cub Swanson In The First Round

Cub Swanson and Renato Moicano threw down inside the Octagon for a featherweight bout at Saturday’s UFC 227 PPV event from the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Moicano earns a huge victory in the first round via rear-naked at their UFC 227 main-card bout at Staples Center.

Both fighters started out with kick legs. In the opening frame, Moicano was dominating by dropping Swanson with a perfectly placed left jab. Moicano hurled non stop hammer fists, but Swanson got back on his feet in seconds.

Things didn’t stop here, Moicano was on top of Swanson, once again took him to the canvas, and it didn’t take long when Moicano quickly finish things off with the winning rear-naked choke.

After the win, Moicano improved to 13-1-1. He won two straight fights and five of six in the UFC, with his only loss was against top contender Brian Ortega.
