I realize it’s very early on Saturday morning and many of you haven’t even wiped the sleep from your eyes or brushed your teeth yet, but this video should make you jump out of bed and get moving. As a matter of fact, I’m so inspired that after I share the link with you guys, I’m headed outside with ankle weights and resistance bands to do mountain climbers in my neighbors front yard. I’m sure he won’t mind. I’m also pretty sure the guy that shadow boxes up and down the sidewalk in front of Target everyday for 3 hours must have seen this Lyoto Machida video as well. It looks like the Lyoto that made us all say, “Ugh, na-nah na-nah” is coming back with a vengeance in this neat Blackhouse MMA promo video. Yes, I did just reference a very old Master P song.
