Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov doesn’t believe Elon Musk would stand much of a chance against Vladimir Putin.
Musk, a billionaire CEO who happens to be the richest man in the world, has taken Putin to task over the Russia-Ukraine war. The Tesla CEO has gone as far as to challenge Putin to a fight. Here’s what he said on Twitter:
“I hereby challenge Vladimir Putin to single combat,” Musk wrote. “Stakes are Ukraine.”
“Do you agree to this fight?” Musk followed up, writing in Russian.
Ramzan Kadyrov Amused By Elon Musk
Ramzan Kadyrov took to Telegram to issue a message to Elon Musk, advising him not to try to fight Putin because he feels it would be a mismatch.
“Elon Musk, I would not advise you to compete with Putin. Two different weight categories. And it’s not even about martial arts or, for example, judo. How do you imagine it? You are in the red corner of the ring – a businessman and a Twitter blogger. Putin in blue is a world politician, strategist, a storm of the West and the USA. Vladimir Putin will look unsportsmanlike when he beats a weaker opponent.”
Putin’s decision to invade Ukraine has led to a ton of backlash. While the President of Russia has been adamant about pursuing this war, many believe it’s senseless, cruel, and power-hungry.
Boxers such as Vasiliy Lomachenko and Oleksandr Usyk are on the battlefield defending Ukraine. Vitali and Wladimir Klitschko are also fighting in the war against Putin’s invasion. Vitali is the mayor of Kyiv.
