Monster Energy drinks are getting sued because a girl pounded a couple of cans and died several hours later. It was on the news last night, along with a summary of what took place at the presidential debate and the results of Monday night football’s coverage of the Bears vs the Lions. In other news, Rampage is still bitter at the UFC, and MMA, and he’s still ranting about how he never gets a fair shake in anything he’s ever done. That last thing wasn’t on the news, but it’s the kind of thing that gives this paragraph relevance to the subject matter. We’re not sure what Rampage’s political views are, how many Monster Energy drinks he consumes each day, or if he’s a fan of the Bears or the Lions. All we know for sure is that he doesn’t like Chael Sonnen, but respects Glover Teixeira. That matters, because he has one fight left on his contract, and he makes it clear which light heavyweight he wants to fight next.
