A welterweight fight between former UFC lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos and Alexander Hernandez has been reported for UFC 332 on October 3 at Delta Center in Salt Lake City.
The UFC has officially announced the date and location for UFC 332. The promotion’s announcement is embedded below; the dos Anjos-Hernandez matchup itself was reported separately and had not been announced by either fighter at publication time.
The Octagon is coming back to SLC. UFC 332 goes down October 3 at Delta Center.
The booking report contained no direct quote from dos Anjos or Hernandez, so no fighter reaction is attributed here.

Dos Anjos Returns After A Long Layoff
Dos Anjos has not competed since suffering a knee injury against Geoff Neal in 2024. His previous completed bout was a decision loss to Vicente Luque. Hernandez has won four of his last five and enters after knocking out Chase Hooper. Dos Anjos has also discussed the injury that cost him a previous major booking.
The reported matchup would mark dos Anjos’ return at age 41 and Hernandez’s move to welterweight.
