The main event features Israel Adesanya defending his UFC middleweight championship against Jared Cannonier. It’s a perfect 11-0 record at 185 pounds for Adesanya, while in his last six fights, Cannonier has won five of them.
During the UFC 276 headline event, Israel Adesanya retained his middleweight title by defeating Jared Cannonier.
With a gutty unanimous decision victory over Cannonier (15-6 MMA, 8-6 UFC), Adesanya (23-1 MMA, 12-1 UFC) defended the 185-pound strap for the fifth straight time.
As of UFC 276, Alexander Volkanovski is still the reigning featherweight champion by a score of 3-0 over Max Holloway. As a reward for taking on Holloway again after winning both their previous bouts, Volkanovski won the co-main event by unanimous decision at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
During the UFC 276 feature bout, Alex Pereira dethroned Sean Strickland, likely solidifying his first title shot.
The goal of Sean O’Malley was to take out Pedro Munhoz. A UFC 276 pay-per-view opener ended in a stalemate after an accidental eye poke.
MMA legend Donald Cerrone (36-17, 23-14 UFC) announced his resignation from the sport Saturday after he lost to Jim Miller (35-16, 24-15 UFC) at UFC 276, held at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Cannonier was very cautious in the 1st round. He obviously knows Stylebender can hurt you from about 800 different angles. Adesanya wins the 1st round without doing much #UFC276

Round 1 in the books. Looks like Volk won it. His in and out movement was exceptional. The fight opened up near the end of the frame, though. Let's see if that carries into the second.
