UFC 272 MMA event went down last night (Sat., March 5, 2022) from inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the main headliner bout, No. 1-ranked contender, Colby Covington battled against former teammate and friend, Jorge Masvidal in a highly anticipated Welterweight GRUDGE MATCH!
After five hard-fought rounds, Colby Covington earns a unanimous decision win in a dominant fashion over Jorge Masvidal. Both fighters battled for twenty-five minutes. Covington used his strong wrestling skills to up his game in the match. In round four, Covington dropped but recovers quickly. However, in the end, Covington outlasts Masvidal to pull a win.
