Pro-Fighters Impressed With Henry Cejudo’s Performance
The UFC on ESPN+ 1 just concluded with the main headliner flyweight title fight where division’s champion Henry Cejudo successfully defended his crown after finishing UFC’s bantamweight king T.J. Dillashaw within 32 seconds.
Cejudo wobbled Dillashaw with a head kick, then went on to unleash the punches until the referee stepped in and waved off the fight.
Meanwhile, in the co-headliner, controversial NFL player Greg Hardy’s UFC debut didn’t go well last night (Sat., Jan. 19, 2018) at UFC on ESPN+ 1 when he hit Allen Crowder with an illegal knee and ended up disqualified himself.
In the preliminary portion of UFC on ESPN+ 1, veteran Donald Cerrone returned to lightweight division with a bang. He picked up an impressive win over Alexander Hernandez with strikes in the first round in the preliminary portion.
Check out below how the pros reacted to their fights:

Unlucky T.J on your attempt at Champ Champ™️ status.
Respect for your weight cut. I have been there and it is not easy.
Unlucky Henry on your attempt at fastest K.O in a UFC title fight.
I have been there, and I still am.
Congrats on the win.
Yours truly,
The O.G Champ Champ.— Conor McGregor (@TheNotoriousMMA) January 20, 2019
Did you guys see it just happened again.
I don’t think it was a wrong stoppage
But as we all saw TJ was still there trying so why not allow him to try.
Certainly Cejudo would keep punching and finish him but let it happen that way then. It would leave no doubts to nobody.— Junior Dos Santos 🅾️➕ (@junior_cigano) January 20, 2019
Pros react To Greg Hardy’s illegal knee:
Let’s give Hardy a Main Event spot now. Lol what a joke
— Zak Cummings (@ZakCummings) January 20, 2019
Before each event the referee comes up to each fighter that they are reffing and explains the rules.
— Jimmie Rivera (@JimmieRivera135) January 20, 2019
You’re saying a guy who has tried to make a career out of the sport didn’t know a pretty basic rule? (Oh and it was right after he lost his cool too) https://t.co/qLYPmvQaLS

He knew it was illegal. Wanted a way out. Women beaters are all cowards.
— Dan Hangman Hooker (@danthehangman) January 20, 2019
This was the worst outcome Hardy could produce. The remedial fighting didn't need to be in this spot. Whatever. https://t.co/20DZUkRVAd
— Josh Gross (@yay_yee) January 20, 2019
I've never seen or heard a crowd so happy about a DQ win

If Greg Hardy wasn't the most hated man coming into this fight card, he certainly is now. Done himself no favours with the MMA community with that performance.
Allen Crowder wins via DQ and the crowd love it.#UFCBrooklyn— Chamatkar Sandhu (@SandhuMMA) January 20, 2019
